Delivery

Zinder strives to fulfill the agreement as quickly as possible, with the aim of processing the order within a period of 5 working days, unless explicitly stated otherwise. When the order is shipped, the customer will receive a track and trace code and the shipment can be tracked until delivery.

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days after delivery of the products. You do not have to give a reason or motive for this. If you wish to exercise this right, you must inform us of this by e-mail and return the goods to us at your own expense.

Goods that were purchased with a discount cannot be returned. Goods that were purchased with a gift voucher can be returned. The credit used will then be available again in the form of a new gift voucher; it is not possible to pay out this amount.
